Col. William Leo Cogley, U.S. Air Force (ret) , age 81, of San Antonio, Texas passed away on Saturday, December 2, 2023.  Bill was born in Sioux Falls, SD to Martin and Loretta Cogley.  He graduated for St Thomas College and Stanford University and served 28 years in the Air Force as an intelligence officer.  He also worked for the CIA and DIA before retiring to Texas

Bill is survived by his wife of 55 years, Pamela Preston Cogley., his 3 children and 2 grandsons.  

A commital service with military honors will be held Wednesday, Dec 27, 2023 at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetary,
