Even though there was absolutely no proof of voter fraud during the 2020 elections, there are more than 250 legislative proposals that would restrict voting making their way through 43 red and purple state Capitols across the US.  Arizona, Pennsylvania, and Georgia - the three states where Biden won by a narrow margin - have the most proposed bills. Republican governors in three states - Iowa, Arkansas, and Utah - have already signed new voting restrictions into law.

Republicans at every level of government are upset about the high voter turnout in 2020, that more people cast ballots for Joe Biden than for Donald Trump. They are targeting legislation to restrict Black, Latinx, Indigenous, Asian, and first time voters' access to the ballot box in 2022 and beyond.

Voter suppression is a fundamental attack on democracy.    
It is a strategy that Republicans deploy to maintain their power.

Note to Mitch McConnell: per your description of a U.S. Senator, you are not recognizably fit to serve in your high office. It is you who broke the Senate with your completely scorched earth leadership.
