Thomas Pearce - Class Of 1982

Thomas H. Pearce Jr. of Cape May Court House, New Jersey, formerly of Smyrna, Delaware, died Tuesday Nov. 3, 2009 at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
He was 45.
Mr. Pearce was born April 27, 1964 in Dover, Delaware, the son of the late Thomas H. Pearce Sr. and Betty J. Brown Pearce of Smyrna.
He worked as a truck driver for many years and enjoyed riding motorcycles, playing golf, and playing games on the computer. Thomas enjoyed woodworking and carpentry. He also loved telling jokes.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by two daughters, Kristen Tanis and her husband Keith, and their son Brayden all of Viola, Delaware and Kimberly Collison and her son Brian of Pottstown, Pennsylvania; his companion, Linda Collins and her two daughters at home in Cape May Court House; a sister, Deborah L. Parker and her husband Wayne, and their son Eric Spence all of Smyrna; a brother, Milton W. Pearce and his fiancée Jamie Floyd, and their son Oliver Pearce all of Clayton, Delaware; and two step-sisters, Melanie Edwards of Defiance, Ohio and Patricia Jakes of Washington state.
Arrangements are by Faries Funeral Directors and Crematorium Inc., 29 South Main Street, Smyrna.
