Jacqueline Renita Pritchett of Dover died Sunday, March 14, 2004, in her home after a long illness. She was 35.
Ms. Pritchett was a graduate of Smyrna High School, where she was elected Homecoming Queen. She was employed at Brendford Place in Dover until her illness forced her to retire. Ms. Pritchett was a member of Crossroads Christian Church in Dover.
She is survived by her parents, George and Doreen Pritchett of Dover and Nathaniel and Elaine Rice of Baltimore, Md.; her grandparents, Marie Tingle of Centreville, Md., George Pritchett of Annapolis, Md. and Elwood and Doris Scott of Georgetown, Md.; three brothers, George Pritchett Jr. of San Antonio, Texas, Jason Leigh of Havre de Grace, Md. and Jermar Pritchett of Norfolk, Va.; a sister, Tamara Pritchett of Dover; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Dover. Services will be 1 p.m. Friday in Crossroads Christian Church, U.S. 13, Dover, where friends may also call two hours earlier. Burial will be in the Asbury United Methodist Church Cemetery, Georgetown, Md.
