Stephen Michael Cerko of Annapolis, MD died Thursday, October 1, 2009 due to injuries from an auto accident. He was 36 years old.

Stephen was born October 3, 1972 in Dover, DE to Anthony J. Cerko and Karen Hubbard Taylor. Stephen was President and CEO of Kaiser Trans-portation Incorporated. He was a diehard Philadelphia Eagles fan. He also enjoyed boating, picking crabs, hanging out with family and friends and unwinding on their porch with his Mary overlooking Back Creek.

Stephen was preceded in death by his stepfather, Dennis Taylor on August 11, 2006. He is survived by his mother Karen Taylor of Smyrna; his beloved fiancé, Mary C. Peaster of Boulder, CO and Annapolis MD; his father, Anthony J. Cerko of Charleston SC; his grandmother, Charlotte Hubbard of Pasadena, MD; two brothers, Ryan Brown of Wilmington DE and Dennis Szabo of Smyrna DE; two sisters, Sara and Courtney Cerko both of Denver, CO; his Uncle, John Hubbard.

Memorial services will be held 1pm Monday October 5, 2009 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10). Friends may call two hours prior.
