This site is really in its infancy!! If you're reading this you are one of the first people to use it. It is the committee's hope that this will be a vehicle to stay in touch and update news on our up-coming reunion in the fall. It would be nice to have people's e-mail addresses. Hope to see ya soon - Paula

Hi Paula-

Thanks for setting up this site! It seems more information is coming in every day and I hope we have a good turnout for the reunion.

Thanks to Jim Palana for putting a link on his listing that goes to the CD's he has recorded. I didn't know Jim could sing! His music is terrific...Jim, hope you bring your guitar to the reunion?!I enjoyed listening to the music you posted. My faded memory seems to recall Jim being an expert on sports facts, not music.

Over the years, I have stayed in touch with Sheldon Davis,Elaine Silvia, Richard Vickery and Harry Morley - all,I think, are planning to attend. Sheldon, Vick, Dana Hilliard and I got together for drinks about 6 Thanksgivings ago - when I was in town to visit my sister.

Well, I hope we learn more as the time draws near! Also, nice choice in restaurant - I had lunch there a while ago and it was very good.

Thank you and the committee for all your work on bringing us together!

Best regards,

Paul

Hey everybody!
This is too darn much fun! I'd love to take all the credit but this classcreator.com is really easy. It just takes some time and patience but no real knowledge of creating web pages. I'm having so much fun with it. Go to the music from 1968 page and play oldies as you browse the site. A blast from the past. As I learn more I'll keep adding to it. Can't wait to see everybody.

Hey everyone, glad to see the responses coming in. Make sure you give Paula Kelley a big thank you when you see her. Better still post it here so we can all read it.
If anyone knows of a classmate that have yet to receive the info concerning the reunion please contact us. We seem to be missing quite a bit of classmate information.

Thanks, Dana

Paula,
Congratulations on a terrific site. It has quickly become a site I check regularly. Dug out the yearbook. It's amazing how the memories have come flooding back. Haven't been back to Somerset in a while. May be a good time for a trip.

Hey Greg!!
You're absolutely right. IT IS a good time for a trip. Don't put off tomorrow what you can do today for you never know if tomorrow will be there. Plan that trip, send your money in and come to the reunion!! We need as many people as possible. Let's hope EVERYONE reconsiders if they're on the fence and they hurry up and send their money in. We need people to commit, frequently visit the site and post messages and send e-mails to long-lost pals. I hope you take that action step and plan the trip. See you soon - Paula
p.s. Thanks for the thanks!

Wow guys! 40 years? Went WAAAAAAyyyyyyy too fast...I'm just starting to have fun and life is reaching the speed of light!

Thanks Paula for getting this up and going...I can see myself staying on-board here forEVER!!!

I wish I had this site for the contact information during my travels all over this country...I'd have attempted contact with each and everyone of you.

Well, I found you all, thanks to Paula and the others. Looking forward to seeing alot of you all again...if not at the 40th, then as I travel this country on my motorcycles....yeah, I've still got the bug!

If anyone gets out THIS way....contact me for a night on the town, on me! Jazz, great food, dancing (?)...or whatever. (jfranco@ureach.com). And check out my YouTube video...it's Me and my sweetheart...my 1950 "birthday" motorcycle!

Again....this has energized my spirit....

Paula, the well deserved THANK YOU is in order. First for the commitment of time & energy, secondly the perseverance. Your sucess already achieved as reiterated in post and minds not posted. I couldn't begin to thank you enough for the memories rekindled.
It's unfortunate but attending the dinner will not be an option for me. If it's possible to reduce the seating by one and apply that to overhead please do so. In the event that someone needs assistance or expenses run over the offer to help is there.
Some revelations come later through experiences one inparticular is that with each class their evokes an attitude and is a thread that runs through life. Witnessing strong leadership and the ability to be inclusive are traits matched for success. Quoting a friend an not knowing where he picked it up ...."The scenery only changes for the lead dog"...only fails if it does not take into account that which is absorbed through exposure of others. The large number of personal successes displayed on your web site is proof enough. Not meant as a political statement but a thread for those moving up in time...Leadership matters.... choose well, it's a keystone for world success. Thanks again Paula, Joanne, Linda, others, doing the 1% . I honor you. Sincerely Jim.

Jimmy your message is wise and your positive comments well appreciated. Our class was always special even though I and many others only really knew our small group of friends. Forty years later with all the insecurities and "clicks" gone we have the opportunity to get to know many more classmates.

This site has been a real passion, joy and blessing for me. I've had so much fun working on it. I've been blessed with getting to know SOOOO many people that I hardly ever knew in high school. I've been AMAZED at the adventures, accomplishments, wonderful families, careers, and the many simple and equally beautiful journeys of many classmates. I plan to continue the site and Joanne also has administrative rites to the site in case I'm down and out. This can be our vehicle to look to the past and remember and savor the present as we embrace our journey from 1968. We all have stories of joy, stress, trauma, tragedy, contentment, and peace. After all, that's what life is all about. Working through the good and the bad and finding peace through it all. We've all been through it all over 40 years and it's fun to share.

Please keep trying to find people who are not on the site to get on board and share in the fun.
Paula
