Lance Scott Dube passed away on March 1, 2009 at 58 years of age. He was born on September 15, 1950. Lance Scott Dube had been residing in Palm Bay, Brevard County, Florida 32909

I knew Lance since first grade. We kind of went our separate ways in high school, and like so many classmates, I totally lost contact with him after graduation. Shortly after I moved to Florida, I accidently ran into Lance at a local Dunkin Donuts. By coincidence, he was also living in the same city. We chatted for about 45 minutes catching up. Since Lance also rode a Harley, we spoke of getting together for a ride. A month or two later, I ran into him again at a local store. Again, we chatted for a few minutes and spoke of getting together. That was the last time I saw him. About a year after that chance encounter, I read in the local paper that he had been killed. It made me sad, not only because he had died, but also that neither of us had made the extra effort to actually get together for that ride. From our conversations, it sounded like lance had had a rough life. I truly hope he is finally at peace.
