Michael A. Perry, 55, of Somerset formerly of Fort Lauderdale, Florida passed away on Saturday November 19, 2011 at the Country Gardens Nursing Center in Swansea.
Michael was born in Fall River the son of the late Antone and Loretta (Almeida) Perry. While he resided in Florida Mike was a truck driver. He transported new and leased cars all over the state for several years. He also enjoyed entertaining his family and friends when they visited him in Florida. Mr. Perry enjoyed golfing, dancing and taking vacations along cruise lines. His true passion was listening or singing to Do Wop music.
Survivors are a sister: Joyce Perry-McDonald of Somerset, MA; four brothers: Lt. Timothy E. Perry Ret. USMC of Lake Ridge, VA; Gareth Perry and his wife Sheila of Somerset, MA; Ronald J. Perry of Swansea, MA; and Robert A. Perry of Somerset, MA; along with several nieces and nephews.
