Mrs. Beverly Braido died on Wednesday evening at her home in Somerset. She was 59 years old. A Funeral Mass will take place on Monday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Matthias Church, Somerset. Entombment will follow at Franklin Memorial Park in North Brunswick. Friends and family may call from 1 to 3 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. on Sunday at the Gleason Funeral Home, 1360 Hamilton St., Somerset. Mrs. Braido was born in New Brunswick and was a lifetime resident of Somerset. She was president of Braido Heat and Air Conditioning, which she owned with her husband, John. They went into business in 1978 and the company still thrives today. She was a longtime parishioner of St. Matthias Church in Somerset. She was a life member of the East Franklin Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary and a former secretary with the Somerset Big Boppers. She enjoyed golfing, boating, reading and spending time at her second home in Hazelton, Pa. She was predeceased by her mother, Blanche Arnold, in 1998. Mrs. Braido is survived by her husband, John of Somerset; her father, Ronald Arnold of Somerset; her daughters, Kimberly Drennan and her husband, Ian, of San Diego and Robin Ziegler and her husband, Steve, of Milltown. She is also survived by her sister, Nancy Jane Jones of Pennsylvania, and five grandchildren, Kaitlynne, Meaghan, Tori, Sophia and Patrick.
