Our Warrior, Robert Lane, 59 passed away Saturday May 23, 2009 at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York. Born in New Brunswick, he grew up in Somerset and has lived in Piscataway for the past 34 years.

Mr. Lane was formerly a Printer and Photographer for Home News Publishing in New Brunswick. He enjoyed fishing, running, photography, boating, carpentry and playing around with his guitar.

He was predeceased by his parents, Clarence and Anna Lane. Surviving are his loving wife of 36 years, Emily Lane; his daughters Emily Briody and husband John of South Brunswick, Robbin Perry and husband Brian of Brick; his son Jeffrey James Lane of Piscataway; his sister Diane Stone and husband Jeff of Starrucca, PA and his grandchildren, Leanna Perry, Heather Briody and Shane Briody.
