My memory of Colonel John A. Bradley has always been among my fondest and most important from those hectic, emotionally turbulent days.

Col.Bradley was geat.I had him for2 History courses. We took a weekend for the International Relations Club in DC and debated other schools in a mock UN forum. He took us to Harrison Williams office and other points of interest, got us on the radio and in the paper.Over the years Colonel would write recommendations for me in my Law Enforcement career and be supportive of my sports endeavors. Our paths would cross at many Rutgers Football and Basketball events as we were both season ticket holders.

He was one of the most unselfish and caring people I've met. He is missed by many of his former students ,both at East Brunswickand Frankin HS.His mother was the first school teacher in Brigantine NJ,next to Atlantic City, where she had to row across the inlet to teach schools in the 20's. His family name originated as Broadley but was later Americanized. He and TJ 's actions and demeanor lead me to major in Poli Sci at RU.Both were very fine men.

I didn't have the Colonel for a class but he was my homeroom teacher.  He was a real sweetheart of a guy.  I did not know that he had passed away.  There should be more people like him in this world.

One of my favorite and best teachers at Franklin High.  We decided I would call him Uncle, because we shared the same last name.  Before Uncle Bradley, I absolutely hated History.  He made it so enjoyable for me.  I shall never forget him.
