Obituary of Constance Jurrens
Constance W. Jurrens, 65, of Kingston died Sunday, September 22, 2013 at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania surrounded by her loving family. Born in Princeton, NJ she was a lifelong Kingston resident. Connie graduated from Douglass College in 1970 with a B.A. in Mathematics. She worked at AT&T for several years, leaving to raise two sons. She retired in 2011 as Executive Secretary from the West Windsor-Plainsboro Regional Schools. Previously, she had been employed by the Franklin Township Schools and Princeton Regional Schools. She was a member of St. Paul's Church, she served as Fire Commissioner for Kingston Fire Company, Cheerleading Coach for Princeton High School, and was an avid scrapbooker, reader, Yankees and N.Y. Giants fan and an amateur radio operator, her call sign was N2ATJ. Daughter of the late Philip and Margaret Wesp, she is survived by her husband of 43 years Gerald J. Jurrens, two sons and a daughter-in-law Curtis Jurrens, Kevin and Amber Jurrens, a brother and sister-in-law Bill and MaryLu Wesp, a granddaughter Charlotte Lynn Jurrens and several nieces and nephews. The Funeral will be held 8:30 am, Wednesday, September 25, 2013 from the Mather-Hodge Funeral Home 40 Vandeventer Avenue, Princeton. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 9:30 am St. Paul's Church 214 Nassau Street, Princeton. Burial will follow in the Kingston Cemetery.
