Marie Georgiana

AGE: 54 • Franklin Park

Marie Georgiana passed away Saturday, December 20, 2014 surrounded by her loving family. She was 54 years forever young. Born to Joseph and Anne Georgiana, raised in Somerset before moving to Franklin Park. Marie fought a seven year long, courageous battle with cancer. Marie was loved for her sense of humor and her delicate ways which amazed everyone. Marie was always thinking of others, she continuously donated her hair to Locks of Love.

She will be deeply missed, but never forgotten for she will live on in our memories and in our hearts. Marie was a graduate of Franklin High School and became a professional student attending Middlesex County Community College, Raritan Valley Community College, Connecticut School of Broadcasting and Berkley College. Marie worked at South Brunswick Public Library, as a Senior Librarian Assistant. Marie was predeceased by her parents; Joseph and Anne Georgiana.

She is survived by her brother, George Georgiana and his wife Elaine of Somerset, and sisters, JoAnne Auerbach and her husband Larry of Hillsborough, and Francie Breese and her husband Charley (Sonny) of Franklin Park; by her nephews and nieces all of whom she adored, Daemon (Geronimo), Daja, Dalton and his wife Julia, and DeNaro Georgiana, Larry Auerbach Jr. and Charley Breese Jr., and his wife Kristina and Tara Breese and three great-grandnieces, Giselle Georgiana and Isabella and Gianna Breese. As well as aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Private funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Gleason Funeral Home. Contributions may be made to Hospice or ASPCA.
