Comments:
*1974 got married, worked as a carpenter with my dad, carpenter union jobs, partners with Ron Stockton (framers). Built the house we lived in and 1 spec house.
*1975 Number one son, Erik, born.
*1979 Sold houses is Sonoma and moved to Sandpoint, Idaho. Purchased a farmett (5 acres) and raised cows, pigs, goats, chickens, huge vegetable garden and kids. Had 2 more sons, Levi and Ivan. Worked building houses and worked at a lumber mill.
*1984 Got real estate license and sold real estate.
*1989 Got brokers license and purchased the real estate office that I worked in.
*1993 My marriage went down hill (started long before that). Started divorce proceedings.
* 1994 Went to the Sonoma High 25th class reunion. The very best thing that I have ever done in my life because I got reacquainted with Joyce Wong. She was single at the time. She was interested in investing in real estate. We got along very well at the reunion; the stars were perfectly lined up for something very special. I invited her to Sandpoint to look at some property. The short version is, we fell in love, had a long distance relationship with me flying to San Francisco often and her flying to Sandpoint often. We got engaged to be married.
1995 We got married at my friend's property over looking Lake Pend Oriellle in Sandpoint, Idaho. We lived in the apartment while we built our new house in Sagle (6 miles south of Sandpoint) and lived happily ever after.
