Janice Marie (Duzan) DeRenouard

January 22, 1941  -  January 8, 2026

Janice Marie DeRenouard (Duzan, Spencer), of LaPorte and Mishawaka Indiana, passed away with family at her side on the morning of Thursday, January 8, 2026, at the Homestead of Leavenworth, Kansas. Janice was preceded in death by her parents, Duane Duzan and Violet Duzan (Vorel), and husband Pierre DeRenouard. Janice is survived by two children, Laura Cappel (Spencer) and David Spencer, and granddaughter Shelby McGaughey (Cappel).

Janice retired as a Medical billing specialist at the South Bend Orthopedic and Sports Medicine facility, and was a gifted pianist known for her ability to play by ear and found joy in sharing music with her family during holiday gatherings.

A small memorial service with family will be held at the Belden Larkin Funeral Home in Leavenworth, Kansas on Monday, January 12, 2026 at 10:00 am. . Janice will be interned to rest in peace with her husband Pierre at the Chapel Hill Cemetery in Osceola, Indiana.
