In memory of Taru-Liisa Puumalainen Vertanen:
Surprised to see the loss of dear Taru-Liisa. She was a good friend my senior year at Riley. Dale Stroup and I visited her in her
hometown near Helsinki, Finland on our trip to Scandinavia. She graciously entertained us in her home for dinner, sauna, fellowship,
and for the night. I feel very sad she is no longer in our midst. May her dear family find God's peace in this time of loss.
