C. Dale Bratcher

SOUTH BEND - C. Dale Bratcher, 70, of 1304 Belmont Ave., died at 2:20 p.m. Friday in his home. He worked 27 years at Studebaker Corp., nine years at National Bank of South Bend, and six years at Feferman Cadillac and Oldsmobile, retiring in 1980.

Born April 9, 1920, in Spencer County, Ind., he came to this area in 1921.

On Nov. 11, 1945, in South Bend, he married Doris Bridget, who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Debra Meeks of Naperville, Ill.; a son, Dennis of Winslow, Ariz.; and two grandsons.

Mr. Bratcher was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II.
