Tina Bornick Sutterlin

After SLHS I went to CMU and graduated with a BA in Public Health Education and Wellness Promotion. Although wanting to pursue medical school, I chickened out and completed a Masters Degree in Social Work instead. After graduation I moved to Charlotte, NC where I worked in the Department of Emergency Medicine. It was there I met my husband (a southern gentleman) and married a year later on July 4th, 1998 (the morning before a Jimmy Buffett concert). In 1999, he drug me back north.

In 2000, I made a career change and now work in human resources.

My husband and I have a 6 year old daughter and a 3 year old son. We lived in Royal Oak for the last 7 years and recently moved to a rural area near Lansing.
