Carl Bolyard, age 68, died on August 7, 2008 at Port St. Lucie, FL. The cause of death was cancer.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Diane; his daughter, Dr. Wendy Bolyard; daughter Dawn Schramm and her husband John; daughter Danielle Armbruster and her husband John; and two grandchildren.
We will miss you Daddy!!!
