Christina Lue Chunco died Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge.  She was 73.  Born in New Brunswick, she was a lifelong resident of East Brunswick.  Prior to her retirement in 1996, she was an executive secretary for Dow Jones, Princeton, where she worked for 34 years.  Ms. Chunco was a communicant of St. Thomas the Apostle RC Church in Old Bridge.  She served as a Eucharistic minister and belonged to the Lazarus Ministry.

She was predeceased by her parents, Charles and Florence Chunco; and her brother-in-law, Howard Axelsen.  Beloved sister of Cynthia Kaminski and her husband Paul of Flemington, and Charlotte Axelsen of Englishtown; loving aunt to her nieces, Lisa Mia Ciaravino and her husband Michael, and Krista Ann Cross and her husband Michael; and to her grand nieces and nephews, Kyle Ciaravino and Miranda, Nicholas and Brianna Cross, all of Grand Gorge, NY.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 19, at 9:30 a.m. at the Brunswick Memorial Home, 454 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick, followed by a 10:15 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Old Bridge.  Internment will follow at New Calvary Cemetery, Sayreville.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday, 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 p.m..  For directions, please visit www.brunswickmemorialhome.com.
