Carol Anne Dominique Bau

Brookneal, VA -- Carol Anne Dominique Bau, 78 of Brookneal, VA (previously of Monroe Twp., NJ)  passed away Saturday, November 10, 2018, surrounded by family at her residence.

Ms. Bau was born in Buffalo, New York on March 22, 1940, daughter of the late Raymond Dominique and Marie Brodtmann Dominique.  She was a retired Health Care Coordinator.  Carol's most treassured moments were spent with her beloved family, friends and pets.  She was a skilled cook and enjoyed rreading and games.  She will be dearly missed and forever in the memory of all those she touched.  

She is survived by five children:  Karan Tomasz of Bensalem, PA; Christopher Konopko of Monroe Twp., NJ, Constance Rowal (Edward) of East Brunswick, NJ, Richard Konopko of St. Petersurg, FL, and Veronica Konopko of Brookneal, VA; seven grandchildren; Nancy Healey Grass (Kevin); Dr. Kati Hrealey, Amanda Konopko, Christoper Konopko (Makayla), Dr. Nicholas Rowan, Tuesday Rowan, Allison Rowan-Giordano (Christopher); three great-grandchildren; Kaleigh Konopko, Greyden and Genevieve Giordano;and a sister-in-law Jane Cominique.  Ms. Bau is preceded in death by a brother, Raymond "Buzzy" Dominique and a sister, Janet Willenbrock.  Family and friends will be received for a memorial service Sunday, November 25, 2018 from 2 to 4 p.m. and the Bronson and Guthlein Funeral Home of Milltown, NJ
