Audrey Neuner Murphy

Audrey Neuner Murphy died on Monday, February 20, 2017, at Bayshore Medical Center, Holmdel.  She was 77 years of age. 

Born in East Brunswick, NJ, she resided there her entire life.  Prior to retiring, Audrey was a cafeteria aide for the East Brunswick Board of Education, where she worked for 25 years. 

Audrey was a communicant of St. Bartholomew R.C. Church, East Brunswick, NJ.  She loved spending time with her grandchildren, going on trips to casinos and she adored her three dogs.  She was predeceased by her husband, Robert L. Murphy, in 2016. 

Surviving are two sons, Robert and his wife, Barbara of Monroe Township, and Ron and his wife, Kara, of South River; two daughters, Rosalind and Rhonda Murphy, both of East Brunswick; three grandchildren, Robert Murphy and his wife, Kristyn; Michele Urbanowitz and her husband Chet, and Conor Murphy, and two great-grandchildren, Anthony and Logan.

Funeral services were held on Thursday, 2/23 at 8:45 a.m. at the Brunswick Memorial Home, 454 Cranbury Rd., East Brunswick, followed by a 9:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Bartholomew Church, East Brunswick.  Burial followed in Franklin Memorial Park, North Brunswick.
