SOUTH SIOUX CITY -- Scott W. Sevier, 35, of South Sioux City passed away Tuesday May 22, 2007 at a Sioux City hospital.
Services will be 1 p.m. Friday at Becker-Hunt Funeral Home. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home will be from 2 to 8 p.m. today with a Masonic Service at 7 p.m.
Scott was born March 19, 1972 in Sioux City, the son of Jack W. and Ina M. (Wiseman) Sevier. He graduated from South Sioux City High School and received a degree in Parks and Recreation from W.I.T. He was employed at Domino's Pizza and also in construction. He was presently retired due to poor health. He married Amber A. Brady on Feb. 10, 2006, in Dakota City.
He was a member of the Masonic North Riverside Lodge No. 662, Abu Bekr Shrine, the Wrecking Crew and the Clown Unit. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and NASCAR Racing.
Survivors include his wife Amber; two sons, Matthew Sevier of Sioux City and Levi Levque of South Sioux City; three daughters, Stephanie Sevier of Sioux City and Tanya and Shania Levque, both of Watertown, S.D.; a sister Deanna Sevier of South Sioux City; a step-brother Chuck Sevier of Missouri; two step-sisters, Lisa and her husband Rick DeBoer of Sergeant Bluff, Iowa and Vanessa Garcia of South Sioux City; his father and step-mother Jack and Regena Sevier of South Sioux City; aunts and uncles and his best friend Jeff Preston Jr.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Ina Sevier, his grandparents and two uncles.
Pallbearers will be Dennis Custer, Joe Mildorfer, John Nichols, Matt Brown, Rick DeBoer, Ron Barto and John Fader.
