What is your post-graduation story?

Went to then Mankato State University for hate to admit it but 5 years with student teaching and internships. Got engaged a month after graduating in 1994, married in 1995, hired at SSP in 1996, daughter Abby in 1998, son Nick in 2002 and basically just enjoying them and life.

Do you still have family in SSP

My mom and dad still live in the house I grew up in and me and my kids visit it often as although we live in Cottage Grove they go to school in SSP so many activites take place here.

How often do you get back?

I'm in SSP everyday for work and my kids go to school with many of my SSP classmates kids which is neat.

Do you keep in touch with any classmates? Who?

Still keep in touch and try to get together with Julie Graybeal, Joleen Cole, Molly McDermott, Emily Schmidt, Patti Bretoi and Tomi Borwege but it seems to happen less and less as we age. Facebook has been a great means of catching up with people.

Did you have any nicknames in high school?

Bauer which I still have to this day even though it's not my name anymore.
