
Craig R Dedrickson, 62 of Sterling passed away Friday, October 4, 2024, at home surrounded by his loving family. Viewing will be held from 1-6 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 9 at Halouska Family Chaney-Reager Funeral Home with family receiving friends from 4-6 p.m. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 10 at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery.
Craig was born November 7, 1961, in Payson, Utah to Donald R and Clara Joyce (Hone) Dedrickson. He graduated from Spanish Fork High School and attended trade school at Salt Lake Community College and obtained a certificate in brick masonry. He married Jamie Joleen Carter on September 27, 1997, in Nephi, Utah. The couple made their home in Levan, Utah and later moved to Sterling in 2002. Craig started a home contracting business in Utah and later worked in the oil field in Colorado.
He is preceded in death by his parents, mother-in-law Mary Ann Carter, sister Patricia Cottam, sister-in-law Lynett Dedrickson and niece Angie Peterson.
Craig is survived by his wife Jamie, sons Weston and wife Elizabeth, Matthew, Howard and Royal Dedrickson, grandchildren Issac, Noah, Luke, and Micha Dedrickson all of Sterling, CO, and brother Roger Dedrickson of Spanish Fork, UT.
