It is possible for me to arrange babysitting services for all or most of the kids (provided that enough people are interested).  Our Karate school regularly holds "Parents Night Out" events.  The school is a registered day care as well, so the people there are professionals.  If enough people are willing, they'd most likely be willing to host our kids on Saturday.  They'd play games, eat pizza, and watch family-friendly movies.  Kids would be safe and entertained and worn out.

Typically cost of Parents Night Out is $15 for the first child and half for all other children.  I can't guarentee this price, but I know it would be similar.

The downside to this service is that the school is located in the valley, so it isn't convenient to our reunion location.  Still, if this was something people wanted to do, I'd be willing to arrange it.
