My heart hurts for Tom's family. Gone way too early. I don't think I've seen Tom since graduation but I always remember him being so kind and gentle. May the Lord wrap his arms around his family and help them find peace during this time.
My heart sank when I saw that message on my phone. Some of us were confirmed with Tom in 1976, and all of us graduated with Tom in 1980. This isn't something any of us expect to see or hear about. For those guys in our class that were team members in sports, they will remember him that way. Tom, you will be missed by family, friends, and classmates. Hugs and prayers go out to all at this time.
