Elaine Paulionis Phelen

Since 1998... I cannot believe it has been 10 years! Last summer, I married Chris Phelen- a guy I met when I started my masters in Sydney, Australia. In January, we had a lapse in judgment and bought the ultimate fixer-upper on Capitol Hill in D.C. Currently I spend most of my time working for the Science and Technology Committee and working to get our new property ready to move into.
