I just found this site for our graduating class last night and my main purpose for looking for it was to try and find out where Gary might be now. When I saw this post of his death it broke my heart into tiny pieces. Gary and I got to be very close friends our Junior/Senior years at Greenon. Unfortunately after graduation so many of us go our separate ways in life and don't stay connected like we should. I hadn't spoken to him since probably the early 90's. I thought about him all the time, thinking I have to try and get in contact with him. I wish I had tried years ago to find him. I have such wonderful and fun memories of Gary. He had a heart of gold and had such a wonderful sense of humor. It's so funny that we became friends because when we were in middle school he drove me CRAZY! I can honestly say he was one of the BEST friends I had in high school! I had truly hoped to reconnect with him one day but I'm afraid I let that chance slip away. I will remember him always as the loving, funny wonderful boy I knew!!
