Tom and I left for Florida the night we graduated. Had so much fun on the way down it took us 5 days to get there!! We ended up staying over 2 weeks. We would stay on the beach all night and play music and dozens of people would show up. Back then you could have camp fires.
I met the girl who would become my wife on that trip. She was from Chicago and Tom and I rode our Motorcycles up to meet them after we returned from Fl. He was a dear friend.
