Knox Edward Neiman, 62, of Claysville, PA, formerly of Wheeling, WV, passed away Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at his home, Mama’s House in Claysville, PA.

He was born May 30, 1955, in Springfield, OH, son of the late George and Leah Pelley Neiman.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Howard Neiman.

He is survived by his brother, George Neiman; his care giver, Chris (Scott) Sinkko; and his many friends at Mama’s House.
