I am sad at your passing.  I remember staying over at your house, maybe in Junior High, and then the High School years flew by, and we were riding on the Alumni float, speaking to each other of our lives. I have so much respect and admiration for the way you lived your life. Rest in Eternal Peace, dear Clare. Barbara Hastings Volta

Have fond memories of Clare. At one of out last reunions Clare was very friendly, outgoing and greeted all with a smile. In my 5th grade class at South School, Clare's mother was the teacher, second floor, East side. Remeber the images very well. Eric Bibens was the principal and ruled with the black ruler.

Sorry to learn..Tom Chase

I always admired Clare!  She was vivacious, pretty,  smart and caring.  I transferred to SHS from Weathersfield so I didn't know her until junior high.  However, she was always friendly and I appreciated that.  I am in awe of the way she made her life count for her family and in her career.  My thoughts and prayers go out for her family and friends.
