Clifton was born on December 27, 1942 and passed away on Tuesday, February 9, 2016. Clifton was a resident of North Haverhill, New Hampshire at the time of his passing. Clifton served with the U.S. Air Force. He was married to Norma. In keeping with Clifton's wishes there will be no public services observed. Burial will take place in the Upper Plain Cemetery Bradford VT at a later date.
