Kathleen S. Piatt, 70, of Meadow Lands, PA died Thursday, August 21, 2014.

Mrs. Piatt was born October 22, 1943, in Springfield, Vt., a daughter of the late Bernard and Mildred Smith Shattuck. 

She was a graduate of Springfield High School.

She worked at First National Bank, Washington, for many years.

Mrs. Piatt was a member of St. Clair Country Club, where she enjoyed golf. Her greatest joy was being a mom and raising her two children, whom she loved dearly.

Surviving are her husband, Jack B. Piatt of Meadow Lands; sons Lucas Boyd (Renee) Piatt of Meadow Lands and Marcus Miller (Jaslynn) Piatt of Meadow Lands; brother Michael Shattuck of Sandwich, N.H.; sister Lynn (Don) Colby of Springfield; five grandchildren, River Makana Piatt, Marlea Kathleen Piatt, Miller Boyd Piatt, Alexia Taylor Embleton and Brently Maelynn Piatt. Deceased is a brother, Pete Shattuck.

Private services and entombment were held in Washington Cemetery mausoleum. Arrangements were under the direction of Warco-Falvo Funeral Home Inc., Wilson at E. Katherine Avenues, Washington, S. Timothy Warco, supervisor/director, Susan Falvo Warco, director, S. Timothy Warco II, director.
