Seminary, Dayton, Ohio.  He was the pastor of United Methodist
Churches in Indiana.  He died Nov 13, 1999, after a lengthy illness.
He was survived by his wife Tristan, a son, Tyler, (who died Dec 17, 2000),  and a daughter, Petrina.

Lester Dick changed his name to D'Angelo after becoming a minister.
