Paulette, or Twinnie, as I called her back in the day, was someone I knew from Primary School through to National Youth Service. I remember the last time I saw Paulette, I had just given birth to my last child and we talked for a while as I sat and waited in a car for my husband who was buying snacks for the family. Paulette never had any visible physical changes since High School. When I saw her, I remembered her immediately. I never imagined Paulette without her twin, Elaine. I marvelled at the fact that Elaine was married and lived abroad, thousands of miles away. I would tease that they would marry brothers and live together forever. I was saddened upon hearing of her passing. RIP Dear Paulette.
