I remember Karen quite well. We went to Primary School together and then Merl Grove. We were also on the track team together. Karen would dust me in the 100m and then give me that toothy grin of hers. I always wanted to wipe that smile off her face, but couldn't, because she would always beat me in the 100m. I gave up and joined in the toothy grin. If you can't beat them, join them. I am saddened by her death and will remember that ever present smile. RIP Dear Karen.

Karen and I were rivals in track and field. She ran for Manley House and I ran for Sherlock.  She would beat me majority of the times in the 100 meters. We both ran for Merl  Grove in track & field at champs. She always anchored the relays with the baton going in a circle at a rapid pace as she ran. It seemed like it would fall out of her hand but never did. Her hair was always neatly combed with a long plat in the front and she had a beautiful smile. RIP Karen, you will never be forgotten.

This is really so shocking to me it was only recently I tried to find her on face book. Karen and i were very good friends we were in the same Manley house. We met in first form 1R to be exact. She always came 1st in the 100mtr race.I have lost a friend, may her soul rest in peace.
