Barbara Koch VIEW PROFILE

Barb suffered physically in this life with MS, but she was an overcomer and would not accept any limitations. She lived her life to the fullest. We worked side by side counseling women in crisis pregnancy. She gave everything she had to the ministry and worked tirelessly to help in any way she could. When leukemia ravaged her body and all treatment options had been expired she called for me. I was able to spend precious time with her, and she expressed sadness at leaving us all behind, but great joy as she anticipated meeting Jesus. She told me "na-na-na I finally get to beat you at something. I am going to heaven first!" She went home to Jesus just days later. I know she is singing and dancing and jumping in Praise and Glory to our Lord in heaven. Her body is perfect, unbroken by disease or illness. On her face is pure eternal bliss. She is not thinking of us at all, just smiling as I have never seen her smile before...I will miss her terribly, but I know she is with our Lord, and that is enough to give me some peace.
