It was heartbreaking to hear he had passed so soon in his life. The Roulos used to live across the street from us and when we first moved to St. Clair Shores they are the ones who came and befriended us first. I thought Larry was a very special person, and even had a crush on him as I was growing up. I think he knew it, and he had a little wink for me whenever I'd visit, after I grew up.
