I remember George quite well because he was my classmate and he was such a cool lad. It did shake us up as a class especially wwhen we went to his funeral and saw all the girls holding the casket. I know he is with his saviour
Georgie, as we all called him.His memory will always be with me. Such a tragic situation but God knows best and i will continue to pray for his family that they may find strength to carry on.
Georgie was my class mate from 7B - 9B . A good kid he was . Always smiling and full of jokes. As Bryce said it did touch us all . His younger brother Everett " Hutchie " was in 7A . I last saw Georgie on the playing field the Friday after School , he was training to be our under 16 Goalie .
His last words to me were " Monday Soldgie , Monday " He passed away the Saturday . Gone but not forgotten .
