   Dianna Platz-Smith

Today, our St.Francis High School Classmate, Dianna Platz-Smith, passed away following a stroke. She had been at home with her daughter, Karie, in hospice care, for just a week following the event, which had sent her to the hospital,. There is no plan for a funeral, as Dianna did not want that. A visit to her class page photos here may bring you a smile or two. She would most likely have enjoyed knowing you were checking in on her.... A Sad Loss for us all....Rest in Peace, Dear Friend....

Dianna, I am going to miss our chats. I am sitting here wearing earrings you made for me. You found stones that look like turtle shells because you know I love turtles. I promise to follow through on your advice when we talked last week.

I will also miss your Facebook posts. When I opened my feed, I knew there would be one with animals or quotes that would make me smile or laugh out loud. The recipes not my thing but they looked yummy.

So I will end with a post from you:

Life is short, Time is fast, No replay, No rewind, So enjoy every moment as it comes.

Sending love,

Roni

There was a group of classmates at the park for Dianna's Memmorial.     It was a Beautiful day with her family and friends.  Roni posted photos in the Gallery.   It's labeled as 2023, no photo on the album cover tho.. I do think she was there in spirit, as did her family...
