Back 'in the day' of Hosea Elementary (and the southend), the name of 'Sandra' dominated. We were all born in (or about) 1950, hence it being a popular name for parents to name their daughters. We were all friends! Besides myself, and this Sandra Brown, there was also a 2nd Sandra Brown. In addition, we had Sandra Russell, Sandra Shelton, Sandra Conard and Sandra Shofner. Imagine the teachers delight when they had their classes inundated with us! I really don't remember it being a problem because all you had to do was see WHO the teacher was looking at when she called on one of us (and the relief felt when it wasn't you!) Though I later lost touch with all but 1 (my BFF) none have been forgotten. I remember going to a couple of parties at Sandra's home. One especially was around Halloween and we (most of us) dressed for it and danced all over (I mean upstairs/downstairs and in every room) to the MONSTER MASH! Those plastic masks were so hot we had to go outside (chilly) to cool off! MEMORIES!

I wish her family the best and an easy transition of now not having her in their daily lives. Death is never easy. Rest in Comfortable Peace old friend. ~ Sandi (Sandra) Mueller-Baker
