Sandi Russell Orcutt (August 23, 1950 to October 4, 2012)
Sandi fought a hard battle with ovarian cancer. She passed away, at home, October 4, 2012 with her family and friends surrounding her.
Immediate surviving family include Jim, her husband, Jimmy her son and helper, and Jamie her daughter and mother of Sandi's two grandsons, Colton and Clayton, of who she thought the world of. Brothers Michael and Donnie, who were also Benton graduates.
She was proceeded in death by her parents and grandparents.
May she now rest in God's arms, pain free.

SANDI AND I MET IN 1ST GRADE AT HOSEA ELEMENTARY. WE BECAME BEST FRIENDS INSTANTANEOUSLY. THRU GRADE SCHOOL AND HIGHSCHOOL YOU GENERALLY DIDNT SEE ONE OF US WITHOUT SEEING THE OTHER. WE WERE CONNECTED AT THE HIP.
WE REMAINED FRIENDS FOR THE NEXT 56 YEARS. I AM BLESSED THAT I, TOO, WAS ABLE TO SPEND LAST MINUTES WITH SANDI AND BE THERE WHEN SHE WENT TO BE IN GOD'S LOVING ARMS.
I DON'T KNOW WHAT I'LL NOW DO WITHOUT HER. :/ SHE WAS LIKE A SISTER TO ME. EVEN BETTER THAN A SISTER.
