Does anyone have a facebook or twitter page for your practice?  If so, how has it worked?  What kind of info do you post and how often?  How do you attract fans and/or followers?

I just started a facebook page - search for "Eola Eyes" and please become a fan!  So far, there's very little info on it, however, and I'm trying to figure out what to do with it now...
