Steven E. Emme , 55, of Boonville passed away Monday, Aug. 7, 2006.

A gathering of friends and family will be held from 10:30 to 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 11, at Les Bourgeois Vineyards in Rocheport. A celebration of life service will start at 11 a.m.

Steven was born March 4, 1951, in St. Louis to Edward and Patricia Knorr Emme .

As a veteran of the U.S. Navy, he served his country proud. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing, gardening and cooking, but especially loved spending time with his family and friends.

Survivors include his father, Edward Emme and wife Fran of St. Louis; mother, Patricia DiFulvio and husband Robert of St. Peters; daughter Amy Williams, husband Mark and their children, James, Mary and Abraham of Cape Coral, Fla.; daughters Trisha and Mariah Emme , both of Columbia; son Caleb Emme of Columbia; sister Susan Brandt of St. Louis; nephew Michael Brandt and wife Jennifer and their daughter, Lauren, of Catawissa; niece Tiffany Brandt of Columbia, Tenn.; and many other family members and friends.
