I am sorry to say that Tish passed away today. She would want me to tell you that she lived a happy, blessed life and that she has no regrets. Her battle with cancer was about 10 months long and it was a difficult battle for her and her family.
However, in every situation, there is both good and bad. The beautiful and wonderful thing is that God does work His miracles in every situation. The sheer number of people that were ready and willing to help out was staggering--they actually had to turn offers away because they were so overwhelmed by the generosity of people. But even that, amazing as it is, paled in comparison to the fact that everyone that helped actually thanked and felt honored by the opportunity to help!! What an amazing sense of love, compassion, and God's goodness!! Everyone that entered their house or saw this orchestration in action felt a sense of awe and wonder and peace. Only with God could this be possible!! I really feel that this was a manisfestation of all of the prayers that came their way.
