MORELLO, Kimberly Peters 47, of St. Petersburg, passed away quietly in her sleep on Sept. 3, 2012. She was a woman of the water and had an incredible love for the ocean, as she grew up on the waters of Tampa Bay. She could always be found her on her boat, where she loved watching the morning sunrises at the marina, from the top of the boat, with her beloved cats. Kim raised her children on the water and taught them all she knew about the marine environment, it was her passion. She also had a very strong bond and love of Key West, where lobstering and reef diving were among some of her favorite things to do. She had a heart of gold, was adventurous, caring, intelligent, and compassionate. A second generation native of St. Petersburg, she loved debating politics and enjoyed exploring history. We love you Mom and we'll be seeing you again at the Blue Waters Motel in the Keys, all our love, Nicole and Therese. She is survived by her husband, Jeff Morello; her mother, Genevieve Marshall; her father, Frank Peters; two daughters, Nicole and Therese Stemm; and granddaughter, Lexi Ledford. A private memorial will be held for family and close friends. - See more at: http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/sptimes/obituary.aspx?pid=159729979#sthash.kWQNsfvK.dpuf
