McDonald and Son Funeral Home, for Forever Bellrive Funeral Home in St. Louis, Missouri, announces the death of Mr. Glennon Michael Politowski who died at his home on Saturday, March 28, 2009. 

A native of St. Louis, Missouri, he was the son of Josephine Politowski and the late John Politowski. He was also preceded in death by his dear nephew, Michael Politowski. 

Glenn started pumping gas at age 14 where he began to learn about cars. He became a Master Technician and owned a car repair business in St. Louis for 14 years. He was also a master at barbecuing. 

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his beloved wife of 33 years, Chris Politowski of Cumming; daughter, Lisa Politowski of Alpharetta, Georgia; brother, Al (Cathey) Politowski of St. Louis, Missouri; Karen (Tom) Small of St. Louis, Missouri; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, April 03, 2009 at St. John Bosco Catholic Church in St. Louis, Missouri. Interment will follow at the Forever Bellrive Cemetery. 

The family will receive friends at the Forever Bellrive Funeral Home in St. Louis, Missouri on Thursday, April 02, 2009 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The Glenn Politowski Memorial Fund, c/o Community Business Bank, Post Office Box 2879, Cumming, Georgia 30028.

58, of Cumming, GA died at his home on Saturday, March 28, 2009. A native of St. Louis, MO, he is the son of Josephine Politowski and the late John Politowski. Glennon is also survived by his beloved wife of 33 years, Chris Politowski of Cumming, GA; daughter, Lisa Politowski of Alpharetta, GA; brother, Al (Cathy) Politowski of St. Louis, MO; sister, Karen (Tom) Small of St. Louis, MO; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his dear nephew, Michael Politowski. Glennon started pumping gas at 14 where he began to learn about cars. He went on to become a Master Technician and owned a car repair business in St. Louis for 14 years. He was a master at barbequing. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Services: Visitation will be held Thurs., Apr. 2 from 5 to 8 p.m. at FOREVER BELLERIVE FUNERAL CHAPEL (740 N. Mason Rd., Creve Coeur, MO 63141). The Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. on Fri., Apr. 3 at St. John Bosco (12934 Marine Ave. St. Louis, MO 63146). Interment Forever Bellerive Cemetery.
