Earlier this week Mary Margrate Gage Dunkin passed away, The family has indicated that a memorial service and celebration of life is planned in the near future. As soon as details are available we will pass them along.
If you wanted to get to know everybody in the room at an event/party, go with Mary Margaret. She would make friends and be introducing you to them in minutes. Grumpy, desolate, sad - these are words that Mary Margaret didn't even know the meaning of. She was always upbeat, funny, looking for the best in everything and just had a way about transmitting that "joy of life" everywhere she went. The folks in Heaven are the lucky ones - they are laughing at her jokes, overwhelmed by her enthusiasm for everything and seeing peak levels of "good times" every moment. She will be so missed.
If I had to pick one girl in our class at SHS that was the sweetest, kindest and congenial it would be Mary Margaret. So very sorry that we have lost her and will certainly miss her too at the Hideaway when I am able to come over from Tulsa.

I think of Mary Margaret as everyone's friend. She was gregarious, fun, and a pleasure to be with. I am so sorry to hear of her passing.
