OLYMPIA, Wash. - Former Stinnett resident William Cody Shuffield, 68, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 9, 2014, in Olympia,
Memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday Sept, 13, 2014, at Trinity Luthran Church in Olympia. Committal service will be Friday, Sept. 19, 2014, at Tacoma National Cemetery in Kent, Wash.
Arrangements are under the direction of Mills & Mills Funeral Home in Tumwater, Wash....
He was a longtime Stinnett resident and a 1965 graduate of Stinnett High School.
Upon graduation from high school Cody entered the U.S. Army and was a U.S. Army retiree.
Preceding him in death were his father William James Shuffield and his mother Dorothy Beatrice Wilbanks; a brother Jerry James Shuffield and a sister Dorothy Ann Shuffield.
. Survivors include his wife Cathy Shuffield of the home; one daughter Tammy Shuffield of California; one sister Jill Loriane Martinez of Wichita Falls; and several nieces and nephews.
